  1. Transfers are provided by SARl Morzine Project Management, SIRET 53034227800013

  2. Bookings are confirmed when you have received a confirmation email . In the event of a very late booking by telephone the call is taken as conformation.

  3. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking by credit or debit card. On occasion, we may allow payment in cash on arrival - if we do this, we will still require a valid credit card to make the booking which will be charged for the full transfer cost if you fail to arrive for your transfer.

  4. Arrivals at Geneva: On your booking form/confirmation please check that we have the correct flight arrival time at Geneva airport. We accept no responsibility if the times you give us are incorrect and on busy days we may not be able to reschedule your transfer. If we do have to reschedule your transfer due to incorrect times this may incur an additional charge to yourselves.

    If your incoming flight is delayed, we will wait for you for as long as possible without impacting other passengers. It may be necessary to move you to a later transfer, which may involve a wait at the airport.

    Our drivers aim to be in the arrivals hall 20 mins after your scheduled arrival time. If you land early please wait at the Hub cafe and the driver will come and find you.

  5. Departures from Resort: We accept no responsibility for any delays or missed flights as a result of missed flights or connections due to bad weather conditions, traffic congestion, road accidents, acts of terrorism and vandalism and any industrial action by third parties.

    We normally pick up 3+ hours before your stated departure time from Geneva. On shared transfers you may be required to depart resort anytime up to 4.5hrs before your flight depending on availability of transfers.

  6. Cancellations: In the event of you cancelling a transfer, the following applies:
    Less than 14 days before first booked transfer - no refund 15-28 days notice before first booked transfer - 50% refund more than 28 days notice before first booked transfer - 90% refund

  7. Luggage and Conduct: You are responsible for your luggage. We will not be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen luggage. No drinking or smoking is allowed on any vehicle. We will not carry any passengers who are intoxicated. Seat belts must be worn at all times and child/baby seats used where necessary. Children/babies CAN NOT be carried on laps.

  8. Severe weather - this can cause problems in the winter both at the departure airport and Geneva. This can lead to rescheduling of transfers and delays. We ask for your understanding and patience in these instances.
